It is proven that one of the most effective ways to grow in discipleship and faith formation is through small groups. | The web servant will be the primary staff member overseeing and managing the church web site, in coordination with other church staff and volunteers. It is anticipated that the servant will work 4 – 5 hours per week in keeping the site current and fresh. The Web servant will work with other church leaders to develop and maintain a site of very high quality and excellence, understanding its powerful role in communication to and with parishioners, prospective members, residents in the community and all others.
