TRINITY HOUSE RENOVATION UPDATE AS OF MAY 7TH

The renovation of our new ministry site Trinity House,
at 212 E. Moore St, is moving along quickly. Here are some updates:
SOME WORK RECENTLY COMPLETED
• Final plumbing and electrical preparation finished
• Wall insulation in place
• New entrance doors installed
• Paving of the driveway completed -NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARKING OR DRIVING
SOME WORK NOW GOING ON
• Sheetrock is being placed on walls
• Bathroom hookups being finalized
• Exterior siding will be completed
SOME WORK COMING UP
• Remaining parking area will be oiled and chipped
• Sheetrock will be completed
• Exterior canopy will be completed
GENERAL UPDATES
• Trinity House will be used as a ministry site for a wide variety of ministries
• We will use it as a location for one of our transitional Sunday worship services when the sanctuary closes for renovation
• There will be a full complement of technology to support worship and other gatherings
• We will be able to seat about 225 persons in the main hall in auditorium style
• There is a small kitchenette to support light refreshment and food use
• The House will be air conditioned and sprinklers
• There are large restrooms for men and women plus a unisex bathroom with a shower
ANTICIPATED COMPLETION DATE
We have been told that the completion date is July 1st but are hoping for it to be sooner.
