COMMUNITY HEALTH VAN AT TRINITY

Trinity is working with the Zufall Health Clinic in having a new mobile health van located on our property once a week.

The brand new eco-friendly 37 foot van will come to the parking lot by Trinity House 3 Thursdays a month from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm. The walk in clinic is for any persons who desire health care, and persons will be served regardless of ability to pay. It will be staffed by a physician’s assistant, a nurse and a driver.

The health van outreach is in cooperation with NORWESCAP, the regional community action program. In addition to regularly being in Hackettstown, the van will rotate to other sites in Warren, Sussex and Hunterdon counties each week.
