The Chancel Choir is a four-voice choir of approximately 20 women and men who offer traditional, contemporary and gospel music every Sunday at the 10:45 service. The music of the choir is often augmented by the accompaniment of flute, trumpets, trombone, bells, violin, and percussion. MaryRose Kummerfeldt is the director of the Chancel Choir and the church organist.
The Chancel Choir is always happy to welcome new members. If you like to sing, come and join us. Practices are Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. in the Choir Room.
In honor of Memorial Day, and as a tribute to Ruth Frost, a dedicated choir member for many years at Trinity Church, here is a recording of Battle Hymn of the Republic (recorded in the Sanctuary in 2013).
