Children’s Ministry (KidVenture HQ)
Stay Up-to-Date on COVID-19 Protocols
With the Delta variant spreading rapidly, we’re doing our best to keep you informed
What To Know For Registration
Like past years, children need to be registered for KidVenture. All children 3 years old through 5th grade need to have an annual KidVenture form filled out which will cover Sunday School as well as any other activities. Print and bring your completed form to a Sunday Service or on Rally Day.
If you need a blank hard copy, please contact the Church office.
KidVenture Headquarters will be open on Rally Day. Unfortunately, COVID-19 requires all of us to be flexible with rapidly changing events.

The Children’s Ministry at Trinity (aka KidVenture) encompasses a variety of activities and ministries for toddlers through the 5th grade. When your child reaches 6th grade, they’ll be mature enough for Student Ministry. From the time children are born through the 5th grade, boys and girls will have many opportunities to glorify God and discover their faith with us in a Christian fellowship atmosphere by participating in:
- Small group ministries such as Jr. Prayer Shawl
- 4th and 5th-grade fellowship
- Numerous mission projects throughout the year
- Hosted and other special events
4th and 5th Grade Fellowship News & Information
Are you a 4th or 5th grader? Then you’re invited to attend Trinity’s 4th and 5th-grade fellowship group! What’s this fellowship group all about? It’s a small group experience designed specifically for 4th and 5th-grade students to support them in their daily lives and to prepare them for Student Ministry activities that begin in 6th grade. Join us to see what we have to offer your SPROUT and where you may be able to help too! The group meets monthly from January through June. Fun trips are also planned as well as mission opportunities.
Junior Prayer Shawl
This ministry is intended for young people, ages 8 and up, who wish to knit or crochet. Instruction and patterns will be provided. Although personal items will be made, the ultimate goal will be the creation of a prayer shawl. For at least the fall semester, this small group is scheduled to be a virtual experience.
- Dates: 2nd Wednesday of the month
- Time: 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
- Location: Room 104
- Led by: Ginny Thorp – 908-852-3020, ext. 17, Pattie Huff, Debbie Tuxhorn, and Cindy Neumann.
P.R.A.Y. Ministry (Programs of Religious Activities for Youth)
Help young people develop a deeper relationship with God and to understand how God is active in their lives and in the world around them, using Bible lessons paired with service projects to help young people not only to grow in Christian faith but to also express their faith by reaching out in love and in service to others. For any scout families, the program fulfills the requirements for religious awards earned by Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and Camp Fire groups. Adults are welcome to participate in the Mentor Program which allows you to learn alongside your child. Four levels are being offered. The cost of this group is $7 per child; $5 per adult for the Mentor Program. Upon completion, pins and/or patches may be purchased at an additional cost. If you have any questions, or would like to volunteer to lead a group, please contact Renee Feldman at firstname.lastname@example.org
