From the Lord’s Pantry

Written by Kellie Pennington

We hope that you’re all doing well, and adjusting to our new "normal".  At the pantry, we’re continuing to keep our doors open and serve people in need.  Thank you so much to the wonderful volunteers that are keeping our ministry alive!  We very much appreciate all who have donated food, funds, and time to help our community.

We don’t have news yet about whether the annual "Stamp Out Hunger" postal food drive will be held at a later date.  This is typically our biggest of the year.  Since this food drive did not occur in May as usual, please consider donating food or funds to the pantry.  Any and all donations are greatly appreciated and help to fight food insecurity in our area.

We’re open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and Tuesday, 5 - 7 p.m.

  • During April, we served 818 people (269 families): 232 children,
    489 adults and 97 seniors.
