Trinity Garden

The Trinity Garden Small Group will begin its fifth season this summer. The garden is part of Trinity’s Creation Care strategic initiative, which invites us to grow in our stewardship of God’s earth and creation and invites us to learn about stewardship and the wonders of God’s creation in the process.
Last summer over 2,400 servings of fresh vegetables and herbs were harvested and delivered to The Lord’s Pantry. The garden is chemical-free, and we make our own compost. Three of our 16 beds are raised for easy access, and an entrance ramp was added last year.
There are many ways to participate in this small group: Prayer, donating plants, attend planning meetings, planting, weeding, upkeep, harvesting, watering, fellowship. If you love to watch things grow and see the “fruits” of your labor, please join us. Our first planning meeting will be in February. If you are interested please contact the church office. The garden is located between the back parking lot and the creek. Stop by!
