Volunteers Needed

VBS

The list is small, but the need is great for volunteers to help make this happen.

  1. Prayerfully consider where you may be able to help.
  2. Email vbs@catchthespirit.org that you’re interested.
  3. We will then send you the link to our online registration site.

Set-Up (Sat. 7/20 10:00 AM)

Help transform the sanctuary into a tropical island of ancient ruins. This is a great opportunity if you want to help, but also want to participate!

VBS Mice

Some tasks (assembly of Bible Buddies or collating handouts) need to be done ahead of time to make VBS week successful. These can be done from home and offer a great opportunity to help but also bring the family to participate during the week.

Facebook “Cheer Squad”

There will be a virtual component to VBS this year for those who can’t or don’t want to attend. Help us take the excitement of VBS online as you encourage participation, post pictures, and share in the fun.

Station Helpers

Lead families in music, crafts, or games for a 20-minute session three times each night. The station spaces are larger, so more hands are needed.

Office

Help is needed each evening with tasks such as greeting families, giving directions, running for supplies that a station may need, etc. If you prefer to work “behind the scenes, this job is for you.
