We’ve All Felt Abandonment – Mar 10th & Mar 11th

Dear Trinity family,

We all have had moments of feeling abandoned. Moments when we feel as if others have forgotten us, overlooked us, or even intentionally disregarded us. Those painful feelings are going to be a part of this weekend’s worship focus as we continue our 6 week Lenten Series on Final Words from the Cross. For me, this will be a particularly meaningful focus as just last week I was in Jerusalem at the place of the crucifixion, where Jesus said “MY GOD, MY GOD, WHY HAVE YOU FORSAKEN ME ?” Please read the full text of Mark 15:29 – 36a.

Other details of our 4 weekend worship services include:

Saturday Night Worship at 5:00 In Trinity House.

Music will be provided by the 10 Simple Rules praise band, and I’ll share the message.

SUNDAY

NEW – for the first time you can order your Easter flowers for our worship services on Easter Sunday (in 3 weeks)

And please remember to set your clocks one hour ahead on Saturday night, so you are on time for worship Sunday! Please make worship a priority this weekend as we continue to learn and grow spiritually from Jesus’ final words.
